I'm a female and weigh 20 stone. I was born with perthes disease. Lately I've been experiencing sharp pains sometimes can be excruciating , stiffness and clicking in my hips! I struggle to exercise, I want to exercise be able to walk long distances. My job involves me being on my feet 16 hours (maybe longer) a day!! Any advice please
