I m on isotretinoin(40mg) for a month .
I m on isotretinoin for last month 40mg daily ,now i have cystic acne on my jaw ,it is hard from inside. looks like it burnt from inside .having inflammation ,redness on them .how much time this will take to fade away .also i am having constipation .so is it normal on isotretinoin .i m 55 kg 24 year male.

Hello! The duration of isotretinoin depends on the dose being given and your weight. If you are continued on same dose and do not develop any major side effects then complete duration of therapy would be for 5 and half months.
