  4. I have pain on my right knee since20yrs.

I have pain on my right knee since20yrs.
I have knee pain problem since 20 years, I took x Ray, there was A GAP IN KNEE. Dr said it ìs Osorio arthritis. Whether it can be cured in medicine or only knee replacement is the only way for my problem. Kindly advice me a good solution.
