I have pain back of the head toward neck
I have pain in neck and head ...it start with muscle pain n then turns into headache .kindly tell me is this xray normal ?

Hi, from the xray it can be made out that your spine has got straightened. That's why neck muscle pain which causes headache. Atleast for home level, u start hot fomentation by hot water bag, 7-10min per session, then apply Oxalgin nano ointment lightly. Per day atleast 2-3 sessions.

Hi, your X-ray shows near normal, with a slight decrease in cervical convexity. Follow some postural correction exercises to correct. Take a consultation from a physiotherapist to know, which part of the muscles are contracted. do regular stretches and strengthening exercises with the help of physiotherapist.

X-ray is fine only a little bit of cervical lordosis is there and then you have a long neck so your neck muscles will get strained easily so you need to strengthen your neck muscles and do a little bit of mobility exercise

Maintain proper posture and Ergonomics.if ur doing desk job , maintain proper ergonomics  table and chair. Followed by isometric exercises to ur neck for 2 months .

Neck n head pain mainly from poor posture. Maintain a good posture. Avoid forward neck bending . While working in front of mobile or computer eyes to be parallel to screen. For pain relief hot fomentation twice a day n application of diclofenac gel twice to thrice a day at neck. Latter neck strengthening excs. Calcium rich diet
