I have hair loss and hair thinning
Since june fist week i noticed a spot in my front hair line got my tests done i have vit d less and the serum feritin is less i consulted doctor and i am taking iron vitamin and hair medicine but i m not sure why the hair is not growing fast

Hello dear. This is called alopecia areata. Vitamin D and Iron supplements will not cut the ice. You will need intralesional steroid injections in the patch itself. Visit my clinic in Delhi for the treatment

You are having patchy hair loss in front called as alopecia areata. Best option for it is to go for corticosteroid injection over there.
