I have gained a lot of weight recently.
The weight gain has been gradual since last 3-4 years. I had GD while I was pregnant 3.5 years back . I never lost weight after that.My eating habits are not so great. My blood group is B+. Age 37. I feel tired and lethargic all the time. How can I make small diet modifications to loose some weight and have an active lifestyle.

Hi, I would like to know your current weight to suggest proper diet. also you need to do some kind of physical activity for 30-45 mins daily. you can also get your thyroid tests done, as you are feeling tired and lethargic.
