  4. I have fever and body pain. What to do?

I have fever and body pain
I have fever (37.9-38.8 C) and body pain Since last 7 days, and No runny nose and No Cough... When I take painkillers like Paracetamol pain and fever reduces But after Some time It comes again. My Smell and taste have reduced a bit also .. Do I have corona?? What to do?? Plz help I am afraid 🙏
