Hello... Random pain killer will not work.. Nees to examin first.. At home for now start with hot water formantation 10mins, apply myolaxin oitment, move ur neck up n down and side ways in your limits,, n take rest for 4-5days.. no work no bike.. visit nearest physiotherapy center for strengthening exercises.. Thank u
