I get dizziness in cold season
Iam 37 yrs old male  iam 5.11 inches and 92 kgs .I am getting dizzyness .so i get my bp checked it is 130/ 95 .i dont take any med for bp .i check my lipid so my cholestrol is 274 and ldl 190 all other parameters fine ..i get dizziness in winters only And my tsh level is 4.80 limit is 5.5 My question is whats the reason of this dizziness sudden neck movements ..result in spinning..
