I feel headache fever vomiting loose mot

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I have mild fever and mild typhoid I am taking medicine but no use.I have headache every time and whenever I eat any solid food like chapatti or green vegetables I develop loose motions plus I also feel vomiting and gas problem . Please help .
