I am 26 year old with no medical history like diabetics or thyroid or Bp . I had my ecg 2d echo and blood test done all came normal but I still feel my head is always moving and I am fainting what this could be can some one help me on this . I am on metformin dosage due to PCOD

Metformin is a oral hypoglycemic drug which reduce blood sugar levels. Please do random checking when symptoms as well as when normal. May be you are feeling dizzy because of low blood sugar levels.
