I have twin babies but I am not getting breast milk to feed them so we are giving formula milk lactogen1 so is it OK if I give the same??and when can I start giving cerelac to my babies??

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You haven't mentioned the age of the babies. Yes it's ok if you give them formula milk in bottles rather than spoons. .better would be to take a pediatrician's opinion also in this issue.
