Breast milk is the best milk for your baby till 6months.if you have not produced breast milk from his birth itself than you better consult a gynaecologist but if you are producing it but quantity is less than it can be increased by increasing your intake of milk ,take porridge that is dalia etc and green and fresh veggies in food and fruits also take some fats and oats may also help.
