Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Most common reason for sleep disorders is anxiety or stress in mind. May just observe and analyze what's happening around your life in the recent times. May be job or career related stress, relationships or family related issues, sudden changes in lifestyle, any illness etc could be triggering some worrying or anxious thoughts. If the mind is pre occupied or overwhelmed with such thoughts, then automatically sleep will be disturbed. Secondly digestion issue and poor lifestyle can also affect sleep. Better take a professional help to deep dive into these issues and identify the root cause and adopt suitable solution to overcome. Feel free to reach me online for further evaluation and recommendation. Be positive. You will be alright soon.

Hello Sleep is essential for everyone to function normally and optimally. For starters, it would be good to explore more about the issue like - do you have difficulty initiating sleep, or does it break in the middle or do you wake up earlier than usual? Further, any habits like smoking, drinking etc Has there been any recent stress at work or in life in general. All these issues exploration carefully from a trained psychiatrist will help understand the cause and in treating.
Next Steps
Until then, try to stay away from mobile phone and gadgets when in bed at night. Instead read a book. Also limit your caffeine intake.
Health Tips
Consult with a psychiatrist preferably before the problem increases
