I am suffering from fever
From Saturday night I am suffering from fever. Headache is unbearable and I can't stand properly. I tried taking half paracetamol but it didn't work. Please help me.

Hi,
Your concern is regarding fever and headache from Saturday. A detailed Medical history about joint pain, body ache, abdominal pain, cough or burning micturition, rash would be helpful to find out the cause of it.
My advice would be to take plenty of fluids ORS and keep yourself hydrated. For fever and headache you may take Tab paracetamol 500mg thrice daily.
You may also need to get few investigations like complete blood count, dengue NS1 antigen.
