Hi
I understand you have gone through a difficult period. These are uncertain times and I can understand you anxiety and fear. It must have been a stressful period when you and your family had covid. You are now worried if you will get infected again and you are afraid of stepping out. It is important to know that a lot of people go through what you are going through which is coronavirus anxiety. You also think of the past often and you don’t want to go to your in-laws place. To feel better you can think of not putting too much pressure on yourself and take each day as it comes.
A psychologist will help you overcome coronavirus anxiety.

Hello, I understand how difficult it is go through this.
Pandemic has been difficult for people and specially for people who have suffered through Covid. It can be traumatic to lose your loved ones and giving yourself time to grieve and deal with it could be helpful.
Take a step back and detach yourself.
To deal with the covid anxiety you could try some ways like
Taking a break from anything that can trigger it.
Start a new hobby or restart an old one that makes you happy.
Remember to let go of things that are not in your control
Meditate or exercise.
Listen to soothing music
But, if things get overwhelming, talking to a professional might be advisable.
I hope this helps.
Take care

Hello ma'am.. Sorry to hear about your loss. I understand your situation and your concern for your loved ones. These are the after effects of the traumatic experiences that you have gone through and may be this is the reason that illness anxiety is developed inside you. Don't worry, relax yourself and try to restructure your thoughts. Please consult a psychologist immediately.
Stay happy and healthy
Illness anxiety, especially after covid-related traumatic experiences, is becoming quite common these days. You seem to have developed covid-phobia (deep fear) too. I would suggest you to speak to your family physicin and get a fair idea of the fact that covid, as of now, does not warrant the kind of anxiety that you are carrying. Covid-appropriate precautions can prevent it from infecting and also with vaccination, the overall severity of the symptoms has come down considerably.
On the phobia of covid that you are carrying, I would suggest you to begin with outings of very small durations, of course following proper covid prevention protocol, and gradually increase the duration, on any outward movement that you have to make. This gradual exposure can reduce your disproportionate fear and you will be able to lead a relatively better life during these difficult times. As far as going to your in-laws' place is concerned, please identify the specific issues, discuss them with your husband, resolve them to whatever extent possible and then take a decision based on the situation.
Hi... People recovered from Covid-19 develop antibodies and perhaps that is the reason why they are asked to take vaccination after few months. You can also get yourself and your complete family Vaccinated when you're eligible. Vaccination is the most potent tool to prevent Covid-19 fatality right now, apart from covid appropriate behaviours - Mask, Sanitisation, social Distance. But your present problem is more psychological (post traumatic stress). I am not calling it a disorder as I am not aware of how much it is actually impacting your daily functioning.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist first for Counselling and if required a Psychiatrist.
Hello, I am so sorry to hear about your loss. It seems like your situation has caused a lot of fear within you. You haven’t been able to grieve the loss that happened in your house which is leading to further mood issues.
You being scared is understandable because of what you have been through. Speak with a therapist to help cope with the stress and your grief. Restructuring your thoughts can help you feel better.
