I am heavily feel pain in my two knee. Doctor will advice after 1 month physiotherapy it reduce but now still feeling lot painin my two knee. Please give me advice how reduce pain because i am not walking any more.

Instead of all this, why haven't you mentioned the cause of the pain?
If we don't know what caused the pain, how will we know how to overcome it.
Consult a orthopedician in the person for further evaluation and management.
