I am early tired for running
My breathing is fastly up down so i am early tired and im not complete my running so what can i increse my stamina. Which medecine are required for my health

If you have just started running, have patience as it takes time to build stamina. No medicine can magically improve stamina overnight without some serious side effects. This is what you can do 1. Get you hemoglobin checked. Make sure you are not anaemic. If you are, take iron supplements 2. Always do warm up and stretching exercises before you begin a run 3. Keep yourself hydrated and drink electrolyte drinks like coconut water or shikanji 4. Have a carbohydrate rich snack before you exercise to give energy to body before work out. Examples would be sandwich, poha, oats etc 5. Increase protein in your diet. As you exercise and gradually build your muscles, your body will need proteins. You can have eggs, Dal, soya etc.
