The prescribed dose of thyroxin is low for the TSH level mentioned.Ideally it should be initiated first time as per your body weight and adjusted accordingly subsequently.Thyroxine is a replacement hormone,it's side effects are rare if taken in an appropriate dose.

What ever u r telling is effect of mostly hypothyroidism which u have. Thyronorm dose which is started is extremely low.. so side-effects will b less

Low bone density and Palpitation ( High pulse rate) some times , restlessness and sometimes weight loss irritation and hot flushes. But thses symptoms are very rare and usualy not occurs at this low dose
