What problem do you have currently? How much is serum T3, T4? Dose of thyronorm should be reduced   but better consult your prescribing doctor first. If still problem, you can connect with me online.

Dear Patient Your recent thyroid function test shows a **TSH of 0.14**, which indicates **overmedication** (likely due to the increased dose of Thyronorm 150 mcg). Here’s what you should know:  Immediate Guidance: 1. Current TSH Interpretation:     - **TSH 0.14** (low) suggests **hyperthyroidism** (excessive thyroid hormone).     - Symptoms may include palpitations, anxiety, weight loss, or insomnia.  2. Temporary Adjustment:    - **Reduce Thyronorm to 125 mcg/day** until your doctor’s appointment.     - Do **not stop abruptly**; sudden changes can worsen symptoms.  3. Monitor Symptoms:    - Watch for signs of **hyperthyroidism** (e.g., rapid heartbeat, sweating).     - If severe symptoms occur, seek immediate medical help.  Why This Happened: - Your TSH dropped sharply due to the cumulative effect of **150 mcg Thyronorm**.  - Frequent dose adjustments were needed earlier (from 100 mcg to 150 mcg), indicating unstable thyroid function.  Next Steps:  - *Consult your doctor as scheduled* (Monday) for a revised long-term plan.  - Your dose may need gradual tapering or reevaluation for underlying causes (e.g., autoimmune fluctuations).  For urgent concerns, you can reach me on WhatsApp at **Eight Zero Zero Nine Eight Two One Three Three Two**.
