What dosage of thyronorm should be taken for 11.5 TSH levels 50mcg or 100mcg? . I was under medication with 50 mcg for the past 16 years. Recently I started with good physical training in a gym and healthy food and discontinued taking thyronorm for 3 weeks but when I tested my tsh level showed 11.5 . What dosage should be taken

With 50mcg from so long still TSH is not under control.
I'll advice to increase to 100mcg.
Also consult a good endocrinologist regarding the same. If required he will give Thyroxine immunoglobulins.

Start with lower dose and gradually increase till symptoms and tsh report get normal
