I am checking my blood pressure for last 4 days in home by digital device Omran (HEM-7120). Accordingly, i noted below reading pattern: Morning @8:30am 120/85 (after yoga and pranayam for 25 minitues) Morning @ 10am 132/90 (before break fast) Afternoon @ 2:30pm 155/95 (after 4 hours of work on laptop and before lunch) Please advise whether i shall start any medication or these reading are acceptable. If you suggest to start medication, please advise suitable tablets. Also, please advise once i start taking such BP related tablets then whether i shall continue it life long?
