You should not change the frequency or dosage of your medication as per your convenience without consulting a physician. Antihypertensives are prescribed on long term basis and should be adhered to. Kindly do thrice daily bp monitoring and maintain a chart. Book a consultation through practo or through whatsap on 62963*44728 for further advice.

U can taper the dose dose and not the frequency as per your choice . If atall ,you are planning to taper it / or stop. it's consumption , do a meticulous BP charting ., Then take a call. And later also keep a check on ur BP. I understood your concern  and noted the problem as well .I need to ask few more details to make a diagnosis and start treatment and advice which suits you. Pl consult me on Practo , so that I can help you better.book a time slot as per your convenience for consultation.

Absolutely the wrong medication for blood pressure. It’s outdated and has side effects such as lethargy. For your age you should be on a different tablet. And need to investigate why you have high bp at this age.
