Hypertension 120/92
Hi doctor, It's been 8 months since my postpartum. I had gestational hypertension which became normal post delivery. Now a week back I went for a normal checkup. I was pretty shocked to see my blood pressure to be 120/92. Doctor had told that was due to my weight which is 117 kgs. Height 5'7". Now I have hit gym for loosing weight. It's been 2 days. And I am determined to lose my weight. Let me know what other lifestyle changes can be done and is this BP level something to be worried.
