Yes you can use nicotex gum 2 mg on your requirement basis which are easily available over the counter. There are no fix number of nicotex gums to be taken you can take as much as required on day one. Remember to decrease one per day. Chew gum slowly until a peppery taste or tingling of the gums occurs. Then, stop chewing and park the gum in between the gums and cheek until tingling stops. Start chewing gum again and repeat the parking and chewing process for about 30 minutes. Maximum 1 gum to be used per hour. Read or discuss more about nicotex gum. You can slowly decrease and stop it. There are other treatment options available as well which can be taken longer and have the advantage of less relapse rate.
