Hello, Since you have taken escitalopram 10 mg only for 6 days, it is generally safe to stop it directly. At this very short duration, the risk of withdrawal symptoms is minimal to none, and tapering is usually not required. At most, a few people may notice mild anxiety, headache, or sleep disturbance for a day or two, which settles on its own.
Next Steps
If CBT is helping your mild anxiety, continuing with therapy alone is a reasonable and evidence-based choice. Monitor your symptoms over the next 1–2 weeks. If anxiety worsens or becomes functionally impairing, review again with a psychiatrist.

Can stop directly, should not be a problem. It is recommended to start CBT first, then once effective, try to stop medication then.
