How to  sanitizing outside market  food
There are some market foods that we bring home. Can we wash with lukewarm salvon water before taking inside the house ?? Or with soap water?? Which  procedure is better to take precaution against Corona virus ??

Hi - Good that you have raised this concern During pandemic we need to be very cautious about each and everything - You can wash it with clean running water you can add salt and soak it - But best would be to wash it with edible quality/ food grade liquid cleansers which are used to clean baby bottles or toys Eg pigeon liquid cleanser / Luvlup liquid cleanser .. etc there are many These can be used to wash fruits and vegetables Take care

Wash of with running water for couple of minutes . Vegetables are anyways cooked so need to worry .Fruits have to be washed thoroughly under a tap with good flow..

Vegetables n fruits should be soaked in lukewarm water with a pinch of meeta soda ( khane ka soda) for 1 hr , then wash in plain water and use
