Need to know which part of the hands do you itch. If it's in between your fingers, it could be scabies. And this spreads by touch to others esp family members who come in contact with your towels, sheets etc. For this you need to apply scabiol below your neck on the entire body before sleeping and then after taking bath for a week. Boil your personal clothes in hot water to kill these. You should be fine soon.
