Since the wound bled, this is a Category III exposure and RIG should ideally have been given with the first ARV dose. The good news is that RIG can still be given up to 7 days after the first vaccine, so you still have time. Please visit a hospital or rabies clinic as soon as possible to get RIG infiltrated at the wound site. Continue your ARV course as scheduled.

After examining your wound, your cat bite belongs to category -3. You have to take HRIG asap,
HRIG provides immunity for 10yrs or lifelong.
Ideally it should be received asap or maximum 72hrs for best efficacy.
