Based on your history: • First sex → condom used, not broken → No HIV risk • Second sex → condom broke but replaced within 2–5 minutes • Your friend tested HIV negative at 54 days If her 54-day test was negative (especially 4th generation), she was very unlikely to be HIV positive at the time of intercourse. Your throat spots that disappeared in 1 day and thigh pain at 90 days are NOT typical HIV symptoms. This situation overall represents very low to negligible risk. Your symptoms are more consistent with: • Anxiety-related body symptoms • Minor infections • Stress reaction
Next Steps
To completely close this chapter: ✔ Do one HIV 4th generation test at 12 weeks (90 days) after your last exposure. If negative → Conclusive. No HIV. No need for repeated testing after that. No need to monitor symptoms repeatedly.
Health Tips
HIV symptoms are not mild, short, and self-resolving in 1 day. • Anxiety after sexual exposure commonly causes: • Body pain • Throat discomfort • Muscle aches • Overthinking every symptom • Avoid Googling symptoms. • Practice safe sex consistently. • If anxiety continues, focus on mental reassurance rather than repeated testing. From what you described, this does not sound like HIV. If you want exact confirmation based on your exposure date, you can share the date and we can calculate your conclusive testing window precisely.

Second time, condom broke briefly, so very low risk, but not zero. Your friend’s HIV test at 54 days was non-reactive, which is reassuring. Your throat dots and body pain are not typical HIV symptoms and cleared quickly. For full peace of mind, do a 4th-generation HIV test now (after 3 months it is conclusive). Most likely you are safe. If anxious, please consult me for proper guidance.
