Hiv 0.18 range means

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Hello sir recently i had sex on jan 13 2018 and i have took test on after 4 weeks HIV 1 and 2, the result was non reactive. But after 77 days i took a test HIV 1 and 2 today and I got a result non reactive 0.18 so now I'm confused. What's the next clear step i should do. Please help me correctly im scared
