Highly fluctuating thyroid, body pain
I am 30.10yrs old female, weighing 47.90kgs, height 5.3feet. From last 5.5yrs I have highly fluctuating thyroid levels. It was hypo(65) at start but last month it recorded at 0.7 and within 2 days it reached to 0.01. From 3yrs I am having body pain & fatigue, which has become constant now. Fingers turn red, blue and numb with sensations, dry mouth is constant. Following are the test results which I have gone through in a month: hb: 10.8, eosinophil 9, hba1c 5.2, blood sugar random 98, serum vit b12 349, vitd25 17.1, esr 40, serum uric acid 2.91, crp 9.10, ra factor 23.2, anti ccp 1.60, ana 4.92. Please suggest the condition, treatment and if further tests like anti ss a or anti ss b are required. Thanks

Looks like related to connective tissue associated with autoimmune response with high ESR, CRP and ANA. You may need anti SSA anti SSB anti centromere and Anti scl 70. Require to follow up with rhematologist, treatment would be directed for dry mouth ( drugs) and Raynaud's phenomenon in fingers ( vasodilators).
