Statins are are not safe during pregnancy.If your pregnancy is confirmed, consider taking fenofibrate to lower the triglycerides, as your triglycerides level is very high ,but under the supervision of your physician .
See you are 28 year old, and pregnancy shouldn't be in might or may, 1st of all get UPT, is there any cardio vascular risk is involved or not, we have to evaluate that also. Just high triglycerides is of no use, could be because of anything, you need evaluation.
