High fever since 8 to 9 days

Asked for Male, 37 Years

My daughter is suffering from High fever since from 8 to 9 days all blood reports are normal, like, CBC, maleria, dengue, thyaipad, blood culture but fever still continue with increaing upto 103 and decreasing 100. Pls advice me what i can do for early recovery of my daughter
