Greetings
It is generally considered normal for a 5-day-old newborn to pass stool after every feeding, sometimes 8–10 times daily. This occurs because of a strong "gastrocolic reflex," where eating triggers the digestive system to clear waste. While formula-fed infants often poop less frequently than breastfed ones, high frequency is common in the first two weeks. A mustard yellow color and pasty consistency are standard signs of healthy digestion at this stage. As long as the baby is active, gaining weight, and the stools aren't watery, it is likely not a concern.
It's normal at this age.Immediately passing stools after feeding is Gastrocolic reflex cause it and it will be normalised after 1-2 weeks..but passing 8-10 motions by newborn is normal.Just keep watch on Hydration,Perianal Rash , irritability or feeding refusal
