  4. High fever. He discontinue medicine?.

High fever
My husband was having high fever of 104° and doctor recommended meftal forte for 3 days twice a day n this is second day. After taking medicine fever dropped and he is having emmence sweating after taking medicine. Since it's been 10 hrs n temp has not raised , should he discontinue medicine??. As I am scare that temp may fall too much as he is having normal temp now.
