High fever

Asked for Female, 4 Years

My daughter had high fever and we consulted a doctor who gave antibiotics after which fever has come down after two days. Third day she was normal but fourth day i.e.,today she got slight fever again in the evening along with cough. Her stomach was upset as she had fish on the first day. Today she had cream biscuits and started feeling discomfort. Please suggest.. thanks in advance

I would suggest consulting your paediatrician for physical examination and treatment. Till then give paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
