Care AI Shimmer
Hello. With fever and cough for 10 days and negative dengue, malaria, and typhoid tests, this is most likely a viral infection or post-viral cough. Antibiotics are not always required unless there is clear bacterial infection. Supportive care like fluids, rest, and paracetamol is important.
Next Steps
If fever persists, breathing difficulty, or poor activity is present, please consult a pediatrician in person with reports for further evaluation.
