She does not have to take both the tablets as zerodol p tablet already contains Paracetamol in it I would suggest you to take Paracetamol 500mg thrice a day and meet a physician once for examination... Hope there are no other symptoms apart from those you mention... Please take 6 to 8 glasses of water in a day and also make sure to have home cook the food thank you
