Having high fever ranging from 101-102
Was travelling for the last 2 days so taken dolo and azthromycin 250 2 tablets morning and night. Fever reduces for 3 to 4 hours with sweating but again comes back high. Severe headache loss of appetite and severe throat pain greenish brown phlegm. Age is 29 female. Happening since 2 days

Well it looks like a viral fever...but a bacterial pharyngitis cannot be ruled out.
Continue Azithromycin 500 mg daily for atleast 5 days.
And paracetamol as needed for fever.
Do warm saline gargles, rest and keep yourself hydrated.
You can take cofsils losenges sos for throat pain.
