  4. High fever for last 3 days. Rises again.

High fever for last 3 days
I am having high fever since last 3 days and the highest recorded temperature was 104.9°F. No cold, cough, body ache, headache, shivering, pain in throat, pain in stomach. Present temperature is 102°F. I have been using paracetamol 500mg thrice daily. Everytime fever drops around 100 and rises again.
