High BP and it's symptoms..

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I have high bp scence last may , dr found me have bp of 135 by 100. He prescribed me telmisatran 40mg on daily. By taking this i am fine. But sometimes I bleed lightly from nose. Don't know why is it for dry nose or else. I have high triglycerides level and LVH. Now a days I fell little pressure on upper chest and on nose. Recently also I found my bp is 134 by 98 .Dr changed the drug and give me TAZLOC 12.5/40. IS INEED CERTAIN TEST.HOW TO MANAGE MY BP.WHAT TO DO IN SUCH CONDITION.
