High Blood Pressure
My wife's (46 yrs) BP always remains above 140/90. Yesterday it was 159/100 and pulse 100. Her feet are always swelled near the ankle. She has family history of hypertension. Please advise.

High blood pressure will cause kidney problems. As per her history if ankle swelling, please do renal function blood test. Bp tablets need to be corrected accordingly.
