High Blood pressure
Dear Doctors I am 26 year old male. One day just suddenly I checked my BP and it came out 142/89. So i got worried. Next few reading over days has been 134/86, 138/88, 141/86 etc. I regularly go to gym...Eat healthy food..Rarely eat Fast food. . Walks regularly. I quit smoking 2 years back..However sometimes i take alcohol. I am not understanding how i am having this High BP. Please help me

It depends on your height, weight, diet and other things. Also if you check your BP soon after exercise and running it is going to be high. The ideal way to check is in the lying down position after a few minutes of rest.
