Dear Doctor,
My mother is having high blood pressure from last couple of days. It was 190/120, even though she takes telvas 40 regularly. After BP becoming so high she was advised a high dose medicine which lowered her BP to 106/64. ECG, Echo, Stress test all were normal and doctor mentioned it is not because of heart. She is still experiencing uneasiness and head pain. After a day, again her BP became 200/120. What could be the reason? What should we do to diagnose the issue? Kingly help.

200/120 is too high, that could lead to any intercranial bleeding or stroke, if still she's feeling uneasy or headache better consult a physician in person. She would need CT brain.
Does she have blurring of vision?
she would need change of tablets.

High blood pressure isnt as much as an emergency as much as Low blood pressure is. In her case she needs
A. To find out the cause of high Bp- thorough examination and tests
B. Titration of her Anti-hypertensive meds for her to reach her desired BP- via close monitoring and observation.
Next Steps
If it is possible for you financially and physically, approach a good MD physician and ask about ambulatory 24hr BP monitoring.
Health Tips
Keep an eye out for LOW BP.
