Diet should be rich in potassium like bananas, coconut water, citrus fruits, lemon water etc. Increase fiber intake in the diet. Avoid every type of pacakged and preserved foods or canned fruits or foods. Include healthy fats like nuts and seeds (unsalty), for eg. Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds and almonds. Skip high fat dairy products from the diet

Keeping blood pressure in range is very important.He need a DASH diet.A diet rich in fibres,protein,complex carbohydrate and low salt diet. Avoid processed foods as their sodium co tent is much more and also increases LDL fats.

He need to take high potassium foods like citrus fruits , banana , coconut water etc. with that a high fibre diet to reduce extra fats. There are many other precautions need to be take.. but can be advised only after taking full information like height, weight, other medical history, his life style etc.
