Hello, seems you are underweight and due to this you are feeling lethargic. For increasing weight you should have customised diet planned by a Dietitian along with weight bearing exercises. Diet should be high in Protein such as Dairy items-Pulses-Eggs-Chicken-Soyabean. Apart from that you will have to incorporate low fat diet, Seeds, Nuts, Shakes, Fruit Juices, Calorie dence meals planned by a Dietian.
