Low rbc, low weight,  anemia is not too serious issue,  but need consultation with doctor or dietician to health improvement. they cam help u with iron, protein diet and other specific food list along with few medicines to increase Rbc.in general u can eat  milk products, meat chicken, fish moong dal, paneer, cheese, pomegranate carrots tomatoes, dates, almonds, cashew nuts, pumpkin seeds sesame seeds mixture.along 10min walk/any activity...etc.but for better results please consult with nutritionist/dietician.

Try consulting a physician prior to know if there is any underlying condition because of which you are having normocytic anemia and get checked for iron levels or vitamin B12.
