Hemorrhoid
Hello,
i am chronic gastric patient. I had previously felt internal piles which is present since last 2 years. But, it is not causing any problem like bleeding. Now, i have some kind of swelling on the anus and little bit side to the anus. It has been 3 days of occuring this. Earlier, it was not there. It is causing immense pain while sitting and coughing and in normal activities. Is it thrombosed external hemorrhoid or anal fistula or something else ? Please check the attached images and let me know what should i do to get relief from it. Please prescribe any medicine if required.
