Hi Doctor, My sister is having fatigue, stomach pain and digestive issues ,pale eyes ofr around 10-15 days.. yesterday's CBC report shows Hemoglobin 5.9 which is concerning.. please advise of patient can continue with medicine/ supplements or need to get admitted in hospital. Thanks

Hi , friend As per the symptoms and blood reports She Seems to have severe Anaemia Probably microcytic anaemia— She needs to get evaluated by stool occult peripheral smear iron study as well as upper gi scoot if needed after blood reports Plz consult a physician and get evaluated For quick relief she may need blood transfusion or iron supplementation with ex for root cause of anaemia
